Bihun already poached. Other ingredients were readied and cut. The onions and garlics were mid way fried. Suddenly the stove was out of gas. I don't have any induction cooker or dapur kayu at home. Kayu pun takde. Nak call kedai pun sure lambat. With my half pants and t shirt. Nak siap tudung bagai. Leceh..

Put everything (except the green) into the microwave safe casserole. Press "chicken grill" and start the microwave. Half way, throw in the greens, add some salt and pepper. Start back. And the end result.....
