Proven it's an anaplastic large cell lymphoma, lymphohistiocytic variant.

ALK positive (better prognosis compared to ALK -ve)
EMA positive

Moral of the story:

1. Tipah telah tertipu.
2. The malignant cells were obscured by those histiocytes.
3. It's better to be late rather than signing off a wrong diagnosis.
