Preceptor NET at Hilton

NET stands for neuroendocrine tumour. Grading is based on

1) Mitotic count
2) Ki-67 staining

Other component need to be considered is whether there's additional carcinomatous tumour present. If NET component >60%  - panggil aje lah NET.

MANEC  - if both component >30%
