Interesting frozen section case

Adik mata sepet came to my room, requesting a frozen section today. Normally I would give them a set of lecture on the importance of requesting frozen section one day earlier. But this time I did not. The patient is a 61 year old Swiss, living in a boat, complained of half body weakness. The MRI showed multiple lesion, ranging from 2cm at the most. One of the differential is metastatic cancer. When the frozen tissue came, Azilah did the processing. Under microscopy, it looks like a group of inflammatory cells, necrotic tissue and god-know-what-i-also-don't-know thing that appears to be an intestine of a ?parasite. I'm looking forward to the routine H&E.
