6.10am: First thing I did, prepare the breakfast. Cook the sardines. Fry the eggs.

7.15am: Then I get Mak blood for INR.

7.55am: Reach my workplace, sent the test tube to the lab.

9am: Passed the lymphoma workshop, KK receipt to the Kewangan Staff

10am: Give lecture to a group of housemen. Orientation programme.

11am: Look after the MO grossing.

1.30pm: Bought my lunch, on the way to the railway station. Then, get ETS ticket that Adik already booked, but I need to pay.

3pm: Mak INR is 4.37, so I halve the warfarin dosage to 1mg/d, according to Linasaleh suggestion.

4pm: Lagi looking after the MO gross. Slow bebenor.
